What goes into
your estimate?
Ask whether your estimate covers labor only or includes transportation. Confirm the crew, minimum time, how time is counted, travel, access charges and any deposit. A deposit is not the total price of a move.

What if the elevator is only reserved for a short window?
Share the exact reservation window, loading location and access at both buildings before booking. Include the path between the vehicle and elevator, not just the floor number. If access is uncertain or a reservation changes, contact BRS and the building manager early rather than assuming the crew can work around it.
