Start with what needs to leave and what needs to stay. BRS helps homeowners, renters, property managers and businesses discuss furniture, appliance and property cleanouts from its Foley base.
One item or an entire space?
A sofa pickup starts with the item and its route out. A garage, rental or estate cleanout starts with boundaries: which rooms are included, who decides what stays, and whether anything needs to be set aside. List each area rather than describing every request as “a load.”
Choose the right kind of pickup
Crew-assisted removal includes a discussion of carrying and loading. Municipal collection and a container you load yourself work differently. Compare accepted materials, the place items must be left, timing and who does the lifting before choosing. BRS does not promise a dumpster rental on this page.
Make the estimate useful
Photograph the whole pile, the largest items and the path to the loading point. Identify appliances, dense debris and unknown containers separately. A photograph can help start a conversation; concealed material, extra items or different access may require the scope to be reviewed before work begins.
Define the finish
Agree on the areas to clear and the cleanup included. Separate paperwork, valuables and belongings you are keeping before the crew starts. Ask how reusable items and disposal will be handled; donation acceptance and recycling outcomes cannot be guaranteed for every item.
